Manufacturing
Manufacturing

Our 15 factories spread across southern, western and eastern India deploy world class technology to make the beverages that India loves! The beverage quality meets all local regulations as also the quality standards prescribed by The Coca-Cola Company (KORE), which are often more stringent. The manufacturing process, for the most part is fully automated. This avoids human touch in the bottling process and removes human strength as a criterion for employment. As a result, many of our factories employ women workforce – some as much as 40% - like our newest factory in Sanand.

Packaging
Packaging

We offer beverages in diverse primary packages to suit different consumer needs. From 100 ml tetra packs to large family sharing packs. From 200 ml glass bottles to aluminium cans. Most of the packages are 100% recyclable and post-use, they are recycled and reused. Our manufacturing process also lends considerable emphasis on good quality secondary packaging so that the products retain their quality and consistency at the point of consumption. Therefore, factories use sophisticated machines to pack products in cases, crates and cartons before they are sent further into the market.

Distribution
Distribution

The products that we make, are retailed at more than 3 million outlets. A network of 3,500+ distributors, wholesalers, transporters ensure that our consumers can pick up a product of their choice, across a variety of channels. Extensive use of digital technology and systems ensure tracking and visibility of shipments on a real time basis. For a company that sends an average of more than 5,000 shipments a day, our Distribution Management system and the Transport Management system, enables us to retrieve data in real time.

Selling & Merchandising
Selling & Merchandising

A network of thousands of sales executives and distributor salesman work every day to help our customers – grocers, eateries, convenience stores, movie theatres, amusement parks, small and big retail outlets, among many others – make our products available to the consumers. Our strategy is to ensure both availability and visibility of products in the right pack at the right price, in the right channels.

Our Strengths

4000
